Kitchen Gear: 

Drinking glass
Blender (adult needed) 


Almond milk


  1. Fill the glass with strawberries. Don’t pack them—just lightly pile them together.
  2. Pour the milk into the same glass until it’s about 2/3 full, allowing the milk to sneak into whatever gaps remain between the berries.
  3. Dump the whole thing into a blender, whirl on high for 30 seconds, and pour back into the glass. Serve right away. Perfect every time. 


Or Else

No fresh strawberries? No almond milk? No problem! This is a very forgiving recipe— which means that it can handle all kinds of changes. Use frozen unsweetened strawberries (or cherries or blueberries), and regular milk, if that’s what you’ve got.
